📋 Description

• Lead client consultancy projects and relationships • Lead projects using the Pricentric and PriceRight platforms • Serve as the critical client point of contact • Lead delivery teams and ensure quality across consulting engagements • Manage end-to-end projects focused on pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, and HTA • Facilitate client projects and build strong client relationships • Identify client needs and problems and implement data-driven solutions • Manage team workloads and mentor team members • Lead development of client reports and presentations • Deliver findings, or significant portions of findings, to clients • Follow up with clients after project delivery to ensure satisfaction • Identify strategic alternatives and project approaches • Support development of intellectual property for future engagements • Develop consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market knowledge • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads • Develop proposals, sales materials, and marketing collateral • Leverage client relationships to promote EVERSANA services and products • Contribute to business development and quarterly revenue goals • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• B.S./B.A. in relevant field of study required • Six to ten plus years of pharmaceutical, medical/health industry-related experience required • Three plus years of management consulting experience • Strong background in International Pricing and Market Access • Experience in analytics and modelling/forecasting • Demonstrated ability to lead successful work teams • Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills • Excellent project management skills • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practices • Working knowledge of market research development process • Quantitative and qualitative market research skills • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Ability to analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and make recommendations • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong written and spoken English • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10–20% of the time • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH) preferred • Two plus years of internal or external business/project development experience preferred • Two plus years of experience coaching and developing others preferred
