📋 Description

• Act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients • Build trusting client relationships and maintain them through active relationship management • Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees • Develop tailored benefits solutions and ensure high satisfaction • Guide new and existing clients through all stages of the engagement process • Ensure high standards of quality and service • Proactively inform clients about new benefits and product developments • Actively contribute to the development of the benefits portfolio, including innovative bonus models • Provide strategic advice to clients • Develop customized benefits programs • Identify potential improvements in existing systems

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business administration training, or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience • Ideally, experience in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management • In-depth knowledge of HR and tax-related matters • Ideally, experience in Compensation & Benefits • Strong customer focus, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Strong planning and organizational skills • Confident handling of commercial and business-related matters • Business-fluent German and English • Solid project management skills • Affinity for technology-related topics
