• Develop and execute global digital health go-to-market and commercialization strategies for life sciences clients and ecosystem partners • Shape the design, positioning, and scaling of digital therapeutics, digital companions, connected care, telemedicine, AI-driven tools, XR applications, and combination products • Lead or support strategic projects across ideation, value proposition design, launch strategy, market access, and global deployment • Define and implement GTM and business model strategies for digital health assets • Guide clients and internal teams to unlock scalable value at the intersection of pharmaceutical commercialization and digital innovation • Develop commercialization and market launch strategies, especially for Europe • Translate regulatory requirements, user needs, clinical evidence, and market requirements into commercialization roadmaps • Support regulatory and HTA submissions, reimbursement dossiers, and digital health procurement applications • Integrate digital strategy with agency of record operations, brand planning, omnichannel campaigns, and field enablement • Conduct market analysis, competitive landscaping, care pathway assessments, and technology scouting • Generate business insights and innovation strategies using qualitative and quantitative data • Act as strategic partner to global and regional pharma and medtech clients • Lead or co-lead strategic workshops, advisory boards, and innovation co-design sessions • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners • Lead or support cross-functional teams from planning through implementation • Coordinate agency, data, technology, and regulatory resources where appropriate • Mentor junior strategists and build internal capabilities • Contribute to business development, proposals, pitches, client support, and thought leadership • Develop strategy presentations, business plans, and narrative deliverables in English and optionally Italian • Communicate complex concepts to clients, KOLs, and internal stakeholders • Support articles, policy summaries, and dissemination plans • Connect Health Innovation with commercial, medical, data, regulatory, and agency capabilities across EVERSANA
• Demonstrated experience defining and implementing go-to-market (GTM) and commercialization strategies for digital health assets • Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to pharmaceutical and health innovation clients • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization models, product lifecycle management, and launch planning • Experience leading client-facing strategy engagements and managing cross-functional delivery teams • Ability to translate clinical evidence, regulatory and policy requirements, and user needs into actionable strategic roadmaps • Ability to draft business and launch plans and contribute to regulatory submissions, HTA dossiers, reimbursement applications, and digital health procurement processes • Fluency in English, spoken and written • Preferably also Italian • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to engage healthcare stakeholders, including KOLs, clinicians, patient associations, and subject matter experts • Skilled in PowerPoint and narrative formats • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and creativity • Ability to work independently in complex, dynamic environments • Ability to operate in a corporate, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities • Advanced degree in Medicine, Public Health, Health Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field is preferred • 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medtech, or digital health sectors is preferred • Experience with life sciences GTM strategies for digital innovations, medical devices, or connected care platforms • Strong grasp of European healthcare systems, market access pathways, and digital health policy trends • Familiarity with value demonstration, health economics, or evidence generation strategies is a plus • Experience collaborating with agency, data, technology, and AI teams • Hands-on strategic design and implementation experience • Experience authoring publications, white papers, or policy briefs is valued • Minimum 40 hours per week • Domestic and international travel, not frequent
