📋 Description

• Support the Global Medical Information / Medical Content Development Team on client medical content development engagements • Write and create medical and scientific content for Medical Affairs, Medical Information, and Medical Communications • Develop scientific response documents, FAQ documents, slide sets, abstracts, posters, education and training materials, and related content • Drive document development from gathering materials and creating scientifically rigorous content through medical, legal, and regulatory review meetings • Manage documents in EVERSANA and client document management platforms such as Veeva PromoMats and MedComms • Upload documents and provide reference anchoring and annotations as required • Perform scientific data fact checking to support medical reviewers • Collaborate on strategy, tactical execution, and communication approaches for assigned projects • Provide direction to medical writers and medical content development team members • Participate in assigned client meetings • Create and update SOPs, checklists, templates, style guides, and guidance documents • Stay current with industry best practices and support evaluation and implementation of new technologies and procedures • Collaborate with medical writers and creative teams across EVERSANA • Deliver high-quality, scientifically accurate, strategically aligned, ethical, and compliant medical content • Proactively identify quality issues and manage timely corrective and preventive actions • Travel for business approximately 10–15% as required

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate or Master of Science (MSc) degree in Life Sciences or healthcare or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or as a Medical Information / Medical Communications service provider • Experience developing global medical information materials, including scientific response documents, FAQs, and custom response documents • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to independently interpret and summarize complex results • Ability to establish credibility with clients and interface effectively with all levels of management and staff • Ability to work successfully in a matrix team setting while meeting or exceeding timelines • Proficient editing skills and expertise in Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and other applications • Experience conducting literature searches using PubMed, Ovid, Embase, or similar tools • Experience with reference management and citation software such as EndNote, Mendeley, or Citavi • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices for Medical Information, Medical Affairs, and promotional and non-promotional materials review • Excellent project management skills and a proven results-driven track record • Ability to conceptualize, design, and deliver best-in-class solutions • Valid work permit in the European Union or the UK • Able to work full time and maintain flexible scheduling as required by clients and management • Fluent in English, written and verbal, plus one or more other European language at CEFR level B2, C1, or C2 • Pharm.D., Pharm.M., Medicine degree, or PhD preferred; relevant Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science also considered • Ability to analyze, digest, and interpret complex scientific information and data • Ability to develop project plans and execute them independently and with clients and cross-functional teams • Ability to manage, coordinate, and oversee assigned client relationships and projects
