📋 Description

• Strategically manage, expand, and develop existing customer relationships in the Data & AI area • Analyze business and technical customer requirements and develop suitable solution concepts • Plan and implement account strategies with a clear focus on targets and customer value • Own the entire sales cycle—from identifying customer needs and conducting workshops through the proposal stage to closing • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across additional solution areas • Work closely with colleagues in IT Consulting and Service Delivery Management • Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer journey • Assume responsibility for selected key accounts following a structured onboarding process • Develop tailored strategies and support complex customer projects in the Data & AI business area

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of Data Lakehouse platforms, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning • Experience in consultative sales of complex, customized Data & AI solutions and services, ideally complemented by experience in Business Development • Ability to understand and structure technical requirements and translate them into tailored customer solutions together with subject-matter experts • Confident presence, with excellent communication and negotiation skills when engaging with decision-makers • Experience with agile working methods, such as Scrum and Kanban • Strong customer and service orientation, combined with a high commitment to quality • Very good German and English language skills (at least C1 level)
