📋 Description

• Responsibility for project management • Close collaboration with UX designers and copywriting specialists • Independently guiding clients through the optimization process • Analyzing online stores and landing pages with regard to UX, structure, content, and market environment • Developing hypotheses and prioritized optimization measures • Identifying weaknesses in the customer journey • Developing unique positioning strategies for clients and high-converting stores • Creating structured, conversion-focused store and landing page concepts, including checklists and guidelines • Increasing the conversion rates and profitability of stores and funnels

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, a basic understanding of e-commerce, UX, positioning, A/B testing, and conversion optimization • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive prioritized measures • Creative conceptual thinking and a structured approach • Ability to communicate complex interrelationships clearly and understandably • Independent, self-organized way of working, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in parallel • Proactive approach to challenges and willingness to take ownership • Precise communication skills and the ability to create clear, easy-to-understand briefs • Organizing tasks to meet deadlines • Ideally, basic knowledge of GA4, Shopify, Figma, Hotjar/Clarity, and Google Workspace • German language skills at native or near-native level (C2), advanced level (C1), intermediate level (B2), or basic level (A1, A2, B1)
