📋 Description

• Translate annual and quarterly goals into action plans, milestones, and checklists • Manage the OKR system, including check-ins and reminders • Ensure goal tracking through KPIs and accountability routines • Capture, document, and optimize core processes in SOPs and ClickUp workflows • Ensure compliance and quality • Structurally resolve bottlenecks in day-to-day operations • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards • Provide regular reports to the executive team • Take operational responsibility for defined areas such as Finance, HR/People Operations, and Administration • Support accounting, payment flows, contracts, onboarding, role matrices, and performance frameworks • Implement tools and automations such as ClickUp, Make, n8n, and CRM systems • Drive efficiency and scalability projects with measurable ROI • Collaborate with the executive team and team leads

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and optimizing operational processes in an agency or e-commerce environment • Willingness to work hands-on in day-to-day operations • Practical experience with project management tools, ideally ClickUp • Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini, including prompting • Analytical and systems thinking, with an understanding of cause-and-effect relationships • Foundational controlling and reporting skills, including core KPIs, analyses, and forecasts • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel • Practical experience translating complex relationships into clear systems • Experience leading specialist teams or small to mid-sized business areas • Goal-oriented approach, clear and structured communication, and fact-based decision-making • Experience working independently, autonomously, and reliably in a remote team • Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn when working with new tools, processes, and systems • Fluent German • Remote-first experience is a plus
