📋 Description

• Plan and manage paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok • Develop scalable strategies for ROAS, POAS, and CAC • Optimize campaigns on a daily basis • Scale accounts to high five-figure and six-figure monthly budgets • Optimize for profitability rather than ad spend • Evaluate initiatives based on performance data • Develop UGC and founder ad concepts with the Creative Team • Contribute to advertorial copy and scripts • Collaborate with copywriters on sales psychology • Continuously test hooks, formats, and narratives • Analyze campaign data weekly • Conduct client reporting and provide holistic client consulting • Further develop social ads through SOPs and quality management • Take on technical leadership of the team over time

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of paid social experience as a primary channel • Proven experience scaling e-commerce accounts to high five-figure and six-figure monthly budgets • Degree or vocational training in marketing or e-commerce • Meta Blueprint certification is a plus • In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Manager • Experience with TikTok Ads Manager is preferred • Proficiency with tracking tools such as Triple Whale, Tracify, or admetrics • Understanding of direct-response mechanisms, UGC formats, and founder ads • Confident working with margins, contribution margin, retention, CAC, and POAS • Practical experience deriving actionable recommendations from data • Experience managing clients and independently overseeing multiple accounts • Native-level German • Fluent English • Strong sense of ownership and motivation to lead a team in the future
