📋 Description

• Independently generate leads and build a sales pipeline • Manage deals from initial contact through closing and handover to the implementation team • Lead customer meetings and involve experts when deeper subject-matter expertise is required • Present success stories and communicate the value of ServiceNow • Identify suitable ServiceNow use cases • Prepare proposals and negotiate through to signature • Develop sales strategies with the Cluster Lead and executive management • Maintain and manage leads in the CRM • Identify and address process issues to ensure smooth handovers • Design sales and marketing activities with the marketing team, including audience targeting and webinars • Monitor market and company developments and identify ServiceNow opportunities • Collaborate with the ServiceNow team, management, and international teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience acquiring new customers in software sales • Experience with ServiceNow or a similar platform is a plus • Understanding of workflow platforms • Ability to explain licensing models in proposals • Confident negotiation skills and the ability to professionally facilitate customer meetings • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders • Willingness to build sales structures • Experience using AI in a professional context • German at least C1 level • English at least B2 level • Experience working in intercultural teams and an established network in the relevant industries are a plus
