📋 Description

• Build and grow the ServiceNow sales function across EMEA • Win new business and manage deals through to handover to the implementation team • Generate leads independently and build a strong sales pipeline • Manage deals from initial contact through to closing • Lead customer meetings and involve experts as needed • Convince companies of the value of ServiceNow through compelling success stories • Identify ServiceNow opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate them through to signature • Develop sales strategies together with the Cluster Lead and executive management • Maintain leads in the CRM and address process issues to ensure smooth handovers • Design targeted activities and webinars together with the marketing team • Monitor market and company developments and identify ServiceNow opportunities • Work directly with management and experienced colleagues across the wider group

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in new customer acquisition within software sales • Experience with ServiceNow or a similar platform is an advantage • Understanding of workflow platforms • Ability to explain licensing models in proposals • Strong negotiation skills and confidence facilitating customer meetings • Experience working with C-level customers • Willingness to build sales structures and processes • Professional experience with AI and an interest in its impact on sales • German at least C1 level • English at least B2 level • Experience working in intercultural teams and an established network in the industries mentioned above are an advantage
