📋 Description
• Provide support for the project's administrative routines • Manage purchase orders, billing, and budgets • Serve as the primary communication contact among project managers • Contribute to information alignment • Track requests and demands • Organize administrative processes
🎯 Requirements
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • Proficiency in Excel • Knowledge of SAP • English proficiency (a plus) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Collaborative team player • Good communication skills and a proactive approach • Strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
