📋 Description

• Understand business needs and develop solutions using Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) • Create, configure, and enhance chatbots and AI agents • Integrate solutions with Power Automate, APIs, and external systems • Translate business requirements into conversational journeys • Configure connectors and automation flows • Support the deployment and ongoing maintenance of solutions • Ensure best practices, security, and governance across the Power Platform ecosystem • Collaborate with business and technology teams to optimize processes and implement AI-based solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (PVA) creating and configuring chatbots and AI agents • Experience with Power Automate for creating flows and automations integrated with agents • Experience integrating APIs and external systems using connectors and REST APIs • Knowledge of the Power Platform, including environments, solutions, permissions, and deployment • Experience gathering requirements and working in a consultative capacity, translating business needs into conversational solutions • Strong analytical skills and a focus on solving business problems • Excellent communication skills with both functional and technical teams • Collaborative, results-oriented profile • Well organized and able to manage responsibilities independently
