• Work on the implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of the SAP Workforce Management (WFM) solution • Support performance and goal management processes • Analyze functional requirements • Propose improvements and ensure that functionality aligns with business needs • Collaborate with business units and technical teams • Use advanced/fluent English in professional communication

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience with Workforce Management (WFM) solutions • Experience implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing the solution • Knowledge of gathering and analyzing functional requirements and identifying improvement opportunities • Experience with solution implementation, enhancement, or support projects • Ability to collaborate with business units and technical teams to understand needs and propose solutions • Advanced/fluent English required • Preferred: experience integrating Workforce Management solutions with SAP SuccessFactors • Collaborative team-oriented approach • Strong communication skills and proactive attitude • Sense of urgency and prioritization skills
