📋 Description

• Manage and oversee SAP support and maintenance operations (AMS). • Structure processes, service workflows, and operational routines. • Monitor tickets, SLAs, KPIs, and performance indicators. • Coordinate technical teams, set priorities, and ensure service-level compliance. • Track the resolution of incidents, problems, requests, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Serve as the liaison between clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing SAP AMS services. • Experience structuring, organizing, and overseeing SAP support operations. • Experience managing technical teams and prioritizing requests. • Knowledge of service delivery processes, SLAs, KPIs, and incident management. • Technical knowledge of SAP environments to support the tracking and direction of requests. • Organized and proactive, with strong communication and client relationship skills. • English or Spanish proficiency. • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management tools.
