âą Strong experience as a Senior SAP HCM Consultant âą Advanced knowledge of SAP HCM module processes and functionalities âą Experience with SAP S/4HANA âą Experience with enhancements, support, and the implementation of new functionalities âą Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and designing solutions âą Strong teamwork and collaboration skills âą Good communication skills and a proactive approach âą Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
