• Experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant • Experience with the Performance & Goals module • Knowledge of solution configuration, support, and enhancement • Ability to analyze requirements and identify opportunities for improvement • Advanced/fluent English required • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach • Sense of urgency and prioritization skills • Collaborative team player
