• Plan, structure, and monitor testing strategies • Ensure the quality of deliverables • Ensure adherence to project schedules • Foster collaboration among the teams involved • Manage and coordinate testing processes and cycles for large-scale projects • Monitor schedules, KPIs, risks, and deliverables • Coordinate cross-functional teams • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Test Manager, QA Manager, or QA/PMO professional • Experience managing and coordinating testing processes and cycles for large-scale projects • Experience planning, structuring, and monitoring testing strategies • Experience managing schedules, KPIs, and risks, as well as tracking deliverables • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise with business and technology teams • Collaborative team-oriented approach • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude • Sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
