📋 Description

• Own and manage the anticoccidial solutions product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related topics • Conduct global market and competitive analyses • Develop go-to-market strategies to drive business growth • Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, R&D and Marketing • Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into product strategies • Present and promote solutions through training sessions, customer meetings, exhibitions and industry conferences • Engage with customers, distributors and industry partners worldwide • Support Regulatory Affairs with technical product expertise and relevant documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Veterinary Medicine or similar • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Product Management roles • In-depth knowledge of gut health products, anticoccidial solutions or vaccines • Strong commercial focus • Strong communication and presentation skills • Self-management and self-organization skills • Target-oriented approach • Fluent in English • Efficient and professional use of MS Office • Willingness to engage with customers, distributors and industry partners worldwide; approximately 50% of time spent on market engagement
