📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ControllerView configurations • Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions • Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, and reporting processes • Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and data-quality validation • Support regulatory report generation and exception-management processes • Participate in business-process modeling and documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting standards • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven commercial experience with AxiomSL experience as an Implementation Consultant, Configurator, Business Analyst, or in a related role • Experience implementing regulatory reporting solutions or delivering localized customizations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with data-analysis tools and techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Experience with business-process modeling and documentation tools • Advanced English proficiency • Intermediate Spanish proficiency is considered a plus • Hands-on experience with ControllerView • Knowledge of data models and metadata management • Experience developing rules and configuring workflows • Knowledge of data mapping and transformation • Understanding of data lineage and data-quality controls • Experience with reconciliation processes • Knowledge of regulatory report generation and exception management • Strong understanding of data-management concepts, including SQL fundamentals, Database design, ETL processes, Data-quality management, and Data reconciliation • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
