📋 Description

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and the Senior Project Manager to uncover underlying problems, define expected business value and shape appropriate solutions • Own delivery end to end, from scoping and prioritisation through IT coordination, acceptance and rollout • Support delivery of a diverse project portfolio across business divisions from initial request to go-live • Run requirements discovery, challenge assumptions and translate business needs into actionable Jira tickets • Assess and prioritise requests against company objectives and the project roadmap • Act as the key point of contact between business and IT • Engage adjacent teams when their input or impact is relevant • Track progress, manage dependencies and keep stakeholders informed • Coordinate user acceptance testing, guide validation and secure sign-off • Prepare project presentations, management reports and status updates • Serve as a knowledge resource on internal processes and automation tools

🎯 Requirements

• A solid understanding of how a fintech or brokerage business operates, and genuine interest in financial markets and industry trends • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels and ask relevant questions • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for driving tasks to completion • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to process large volumes of information and turn them into structured, actionable plans • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Eagerness to learn and resilience in a fast-paced, demanding environment • Fluent English, the primary working language • Russian language skills (nice to have) • Prior experience in project management, business analysis or a similar coordination role (nice to have) • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (nice to have) • Practical understanding of AI tools and their business applications (nice to have) • Basic knowledge of trading and financial instruments (nice to have) • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, sprint planning and effort estimation (nice to have)
