📋 Description

• Lead the successful delivery of insurance domain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align business objectives and expectations • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and capability development • Drive operational excellence through best practices, governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and margin management • Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards • Support business development through solutioning, proposals, and identifying opportunities for account growth • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and value-driven delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in insurance domain (P&C, Life, or Health) with a deep understanding of industry processes • Proven track record in managing large delivery programs and client engagements • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience in handling distributed teams and working in global delivery models • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L responsibilities • Ability to drive innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven solutions
