📋 Description

• Design, develop, debug, and modify components of existing SFDC applications and supporting technologies • Drive application design and development with scalable solutions addressing potential future needs • Support partner groups through Salesforce development planning/grooming, delivery, and support • Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs • Participate in daily stand-ups and provide updates across the business • Participate in architecture and design discussions to align with development standard methodologies • Lead peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across the platform • Solve and drive resolution of bugs and issues • Contribute technical insight to daily support issues as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of previous development experience with Salesforce.com • Strong experience in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning • Skilled in technical analysis and object-oriented programming • Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture, cloud limitations, and alternate/workaround solutions • Experience using SFDC-related tools including Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, and Workbench • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization • Team-centric while able to work autonomously • Ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines
