📋 Description

• Lead multiple technology initiatives across Consumer/AGIA business from planning through delivery • Manage initiatives, timelines, dependencies, risks, and vendor deliverables • Coordinate observability, monitoring, Data Lakehouse, cloud infrastructure, and website optimization initiatives • Drive technology enablement for new product and multi-site launches • Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and track delivery • Collaborate with engineering, data, DevOps, infrastructure, marketing, and business stakeholders • Manage production operations, system integrations, and delivery governance across distributed teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Management • Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud/infrastructure, application technologies, and system integrations • Experience managing multiple concurrent technology workstreams • Knowledge of DevOps, production operations, observability, and web technologies • Strong stakeholder management, risk management, vendor coordination, and delivery governance skills • Experience with Data Lakehouse platforms, monitoring tools, and WordPress initiatives preferred • Background in insurance or financial services, particularly Affinity, Life & Health, travel, or consumer products preferred • Experience supporting new product launches and multi-site implementations preferred • Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams preferred
