âą Analyze and evaluate client requirements related to IT infrastructure and IT services âą Design optimized ITSM processes based on ServiceNow and ITIL âą Conduct training sessions and workshops âą Oversee the technical implementation of requirements âą Coordinate subprojects with respect to quality and effort âą Prepare and present project results to clients âą Support sales with proposals and presales activities
âą Deep knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes âą Many years of experience as a consultant in large projects âą Experience in the financial services sector, insurance, or public authorities âą Experience with ServiceNow projects âą Experience with large data centers and complex infrastructures âą Knowledge of ITIL methodologies (ideally certified) âą Experience customizing enterprise IT software (preferably ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office products âą Very good German and English language skills
