📋 Description

• You advise clients as an equal partner on the design of modern CMDB structures. • Using the CSDM 4.0/5.0 framework, you establish the data foundation IT organizations need to scale AI use cases. • You build that foundation by ensuring comprehensive visibility of hybrid infrastructures. • You design Discovery strategies and use the IRE (Identification & Reconciliation Engine) to ensure a healthy, trustworthy single source of truth. • You make data actionable by implementing Event Management. • You transform the IT Operations Center from a reactive "alert flood" into an intelligent, AI-powered service-availability control that detects and correlates incidents proactively. • You guide clients away from siloed thinking toward Service Mapping. • You model business-critical dependencies to create the basis for precise impact management and automated processes. • As an early adopter, you evaluate new features such as Now Assist for ITOM.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in ServiceNow consulting with a strong focus on ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping) and CMDB. • Certified as CIS-Discovery and/or CIS-Event Management. • A Service Mapping certification is a strong plus. • AI affinity: you have initial experience with AIOps, machine learning models within ServiceNow, and the possibilities of generative AI (Now Assist). • Solid knowledge of the CSDM framework and business service architecture. • Excellent mastery of patterns, the IRE, and Service Mapping. • Confident handling of event and correlation rules as well as modern Service Graph Connectors for integrating third-party systems. • Industry experience: you are comfortable managing stakeholders in complex corporate environments as well as delivering pragmatic implementations for mid-sized companies.
