📋 Description

• Independently manage a client portfolio comprising sole proprietors, artisans, and commercial companies • Prepare VAT returns, annual financial statements, and tax packages • Prepare income tax returns • Provide initial tax advice • Deliver hands-on advisory services and manage client relationships • Address a broad range of issues with a strong focus on business management • Support business owners and contribute to the firm’s advisory activities • Develop best practices within the firm • Train junior staff members • Use digital tools to facilitate accounting monitoring and clients’ administrative organization • Ensure compliance with professional standards and internal procedures • Act as the technical point of reference for staff members • Serve as the link between partners and staff members • Assume technical responsibility for work completed for the client portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (equivalent to 3–5 years of higher education) • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a public accounting firm • Curious, organized, and methodical • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills • Comfortable using digital tools • Commitment to professional standards and internal procedures • Valid driver’s license required
