📋 Description

• Process access requests for new access, transfers, and terminations • Validate requests against policy and provision or de-provision access across vendor portals • Update and maintain the entitlement inventory • Support same-day termination processing for leavers using JML triggers from HR • Assist with invoice reconciliation and flag idle or unused licenses • Prepare evidence packs for recertification and vendor audits • Flag usage or billing anomalies for Team Lead review

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 1–4 years of experience (junior to mid-level) • Experience processing access requests via mailbox/ITSM and structured tickets • Knowledge of access provisioning and de-provisioning across vendor portals • Experience maintaining entitlement inventories • Ability to support same-day termination processing using JML triggers from HR • Experience assisting with invoice reconciliation and identifying idle/unused licenses • Ability to prepare evidence packs for recertification and vendor audits • Ability to flag usage or billing anomalies for review
