• Prendre en charge les fiches de poste et diffuser les annonces sur les jobboards • Réaliser le sourcing de profils techniques (O&G, nucléaire, thermique, naval, éolien…) sur tous les canaux disponibles • Mener les préqualifications téléphoniques • Rédiger des comptes rendus détaillés dans l’outil interne après chaque entretien • Préparer les dossiers de compétences en français et/ou en anglais (en respectant la charte graphique) • Assurer le suivi des candidatures auprès des managers d’affaires et effectuer les relances nécessaires
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Outlook, SharePoint) et des jobboards • Excellente expression écrite et orale en français – anglais apprécié • Autonomie en télétravail, usage quotidien de Teams • Réactivité, dynamisme, sens de l’initiative • Gestion du stress et des priorités • Curiosité, appétence pour les environnements industriels techniques • Communication fluide avec les candidats, les managers et les équipes internes • Formation Bac +2 à +4 en Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou équivalent • Minimum 3 ans en recrutement de profils industriels • Expérience en cabinet de conseil ou société de prestation nécessaire • Recrutement de profils variés : Supervision Travaux (mécanique, tuyauterie, EIA, process…) Ingénierie projet / études QA/QC, HSE Chefs de projet (EPC / exécution) Chefs de chantier / Site Managers Équipes commissioning …
