📋 Description

• Develop and enhance modern test automation architectures for enterprise applications • Build scalable test frameworks for web, API, and end-to-end testing • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments • Advise development teams on Quality Engineering best practices • Evaluate and implement modern AI-powered approaches to software testing • Help shape the future of AI-powered Quality Engineering for clients • Take technical ownership of test strategies, frameworks, and automation standards • Develop modern test architectures and automate complex end-to-end processes for clients in banking, insurance, and the public sector • Evaluate the use of AI-powered testing approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in software testing, test automation, and test architecture • In-depth expertise with common automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Playwright, Tosca, Appium) • Very good knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) • Solid experience with CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (Git) • Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a hands-on mentality • Strong communication skills, as well as experience in client consulting and presentations • Experience with API, integration, and end-to-end testing • Fluent German (C1) and very good English skills • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across Germany • Visa sponsorship is not available
