📋 Description

• Support experienced project managers or independently lead work packages and individual project phases with limited risk and effort • Plan, organize and control projects while observing technical, organizational and financial constraints • Apply the project methodology according to the V-Model XT for the structured implementation of demanding IT projects • Coordinate traditional and agile project methods and work closely with interdisciplinary project teams • Communicate contract changes, identify project risks at an early stage and initiate appropriate countermeasures • Prepare regular status updates and project reports in accordance with applicable requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field • At least five years of demonstrable professional experience in leading or managing IT projects • Solid knowledge of project management according to the V-Model XT • Several years of experience in traditional project management and project leadership • Practical experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum • Experience with public sector projects or in public administration • Experience managing projects with cross-border responsibilities • Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Management • Experience with Jira, Zephyr, Confluence and Git or GitLab • Business-fluent German and fluent English
