📋 Description

• Independently handling customer assignments on-site and remotely • Deploying Windows-based networks consisting of clients and servers • Documenting completed projects and handing them over to the support team • Diagnosing and analyzing technical issues and faults • Supporting the support team through on-site deployments • Installing and configuring software and hardware • Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication • Independently developing efficient solution approaches • Close collaboration and continuous communication with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification • Practical experience • Driver’s license class B • Enjoys customer contact and direct interaction with people • Enjoyment in solving IT problems • Willingness to take on responsibility • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems • Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam, M365
