📋 Description

• Reconcile credit card and deposit transactions daily, including purchases, accrued interest, fees, payments, and money movements • Provide the Controller with financial audit support • Assist the Controller with month-end close, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, vendor payments, and tax filings • Document and create standard operating procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience with reconciling credit card and deposit transactions • Prior experience with month-end close processes • Must have at least 7-10 years accounting experience (with senior capacity) or equivalent skills/credentials • Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets • Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency, speed, and accuracy in written communication • Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English • Great organizational skills and time management abilities • Experience using communication tools such as Zendesk, task management tools, Google Drive, and email • Detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy • Experience working with banking or lending companies is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus • Experience working with global companies is highly preferred • Flexibility to work US Pacific time, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a half-hour break • Must live in the Philippines • Must work night shift
