📋 Description
• Assist in overseeing accounting teams in the Philippines • Review and process contractor invoices • Update property assignments • Review and monitor team performance • Oversee the accounting function in the Philippines • Identify and propose process enhancements • Support implementation of process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and accuracy • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documentation for internal and external use • Help organize and facilitate training sessions, onboarding and offboarding activities • Provide high-level accounting and administrative support to the Senior Managing Director • Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the Senior Managing Director • Report to the Senior Managing Director • Work remotely during standard US Pacific Time business hours
🎯 Requirements
• CPA required • Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required • At least 10 years of audit/accounting experience with one of the Big 4 accounting firms • At least 3 years in a managerial role • At least 5 years of supervisory experience • Ability to work during standard US Pacific Time business hours (8 AM–5 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday) • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong work ethic • Team player • Must be currently based in the Philippines
