📋 Description

• Raise awareness among individuals and businesses of government-funded job placement, job coaching and recruiting services • Identify job seekers and connect them with suitable counseling or placement services • Reach potential customers through LinkedIn, classified-ad platforms, job fairs, personal conversations, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and your own network • Make small and medium-sized enterprises aware of cost-effective recruiting support • Generate interest among businesses, build trust and refer qualified leads to the external HR department • Approach businesses by phone, at trade fairs, in personal meetings, during company visits, and via LinkedIn and Xing • Hand over referred customers to Anita Bösche or the external HR department

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to work independently on a part-time basis • A working mobile phone with internet access • Professional and credible appearance • Enjoyment of approaching people and starting conversations easily • A good sense of where support is needed • Willingness to try new approaches • Reliability and the ability to think and work independently • Experience in sales, recruiting, social media or referrals is helpful but not required
