📋 Description

• Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation to closure • Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, customer success, and operations teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables • Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies per project • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for leadership, including Steering Committee Meetings • Prevent and control scope by using change control processes • Handle internal and external project reporting, including on-time delivery, budget, P&L, and NPS • Continuously improve project management processes and tools • Lead the contracting process with customers who have chosen EXUS as a preferred vendor • Conduct negotiations and maintain a hands-on approach • Work closely with customers throughout project preparation and implementation phases • Provide operational and technical support with a team of highly skilled professionals • Report to the Head of PMO

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline University Degree • At least 5 years of work experience in Software Development Projects with 3+ years of experience in managing complex projects • Experience in Banking Projects will be highly appreciated • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, time, and budget • Ability to handle multiple tasks & requests (e.g., managing 2 Projects simultaneously) • Experience working with Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid development methodologies • Open and transparent communication style, willing to surface and champion the tough issues • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and organizational skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Project Management specific certifications will be considered a plus (PMP / PRINCE2 or Agile/ Scrum) • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% annually, provided there are no travel restrictions
