📋 Description

• Manage the SAP Commercial Program for SAP CCFlex • Interpret new SAP programs and updates and develop plans to leverage and optimize them • Coordinate with operations support to define processes for repeatable program execution • Activate new countries and regions across SAP with appropriate governance • Support business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence, and alliance contracts • Develop the SAP business case and sales plan with Go-to-Market Alliance Leadership • Facilitate senior SAP alliance relationships and program management • Mobilize program sales plans, accelerate field engagement, and drive actions • Oversee the offshore team managing registration and claiming processes • Coordinate across sectors, service lines, and regions • Provide program input into SAP alliance business reviews • Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements • Collaborate virtually and regularly with global team members, with minimal travel

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to manage relationship management, governance oversight, contract management, and operational support activities • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with senior leaders • Highly organized and able to juggle many activities • Ability to evaluate and build new programs and adapt to program changes • Understanding of the technology and business benefits of SAP products and solutions • Experience in alliance management or business development for a technology or professional services company • Evidence of success building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships • Strong networking and influence management skills • Highly credible communication, organization, and project management skills • Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues • Ability to work independently and communicate progress and challenges • Ability to escalate complex issues with recommendations to leadership • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects • Ability to adapt to different personalities, cultures, and working styles
