📋 Description

• Manage the SAP Commercial Program for SAP CCFlex • Interact with SAP to interpret new programs and updates, develop EY leverage and optimization plans, and coordinate process execution with operations support • Activate new countries and regions across SAP with proper governance, business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence, and alliance contracts • Work with Go To Market Alliance Leadership to develop SAP business cases and sales plans • Facilitate top-to-top SAP alliance relationships and program management to mobilize sales plans, accelerate field engagement, and drive action • Provide management oversight and direction of the offshore team handling registration and claiming processes • Coordinate support across sectors, service lines, and regions • Provide program input into SAP alliance business reviews and share progress globally • Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements • Coordinate virtually with global team members and undertake minimal travel

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to manage relationship management, governance oversight, contract management, and operational support activities • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with senior leaders • Highly organized and able to juggle many activities • Ability to evaluate and build new programs while adapting to program changes • Understanding of the technology and business benefits of SAP products and solutions • Experience in alliance management or business development for a technology or professional services company • Demonstrated success building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships • Strong networking and influence management skills across organizational boundaries • Highly credible communication, organization, and project management skills • Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues • Self-starter able to work independently and communicate progress and challenges • Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects • Able to adapt to different personalities, cultures, and working styles
