📋 Description

• Work on an international project supporting Operational Resilience and Business Continuity initiatives • Support the development and enhancement of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Management frameworks • Conduct and review Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and continuity-related assessments • Identify critical processes, services, assets, and dependencies • Support the definition and assessment of RTO, RPO, and MTPD • Map dependencies across people, processes, technology, facilities, and third parties • Develop and assess continuity and recovery strategies • Support the preparation and review of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management Plans • Develop disruption scenarios and support tabletop exercises, simulations, and testing • Assess the resilience of critical vendors and third parties • Identify vulnerabilities and track remediation plans • Prepare analyses and presentations for technical stakeholders, business teams, and executive audiences • Collaborate with business, technology, and risk functions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, or related areas • Experience conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) • Experience developing and assessing Business Continuity Plans • Experience with Resilience Testing and Scenario Analysis • Knowledge of RTO, RPO, and MTPD • Experience identifying critical processes, services, assets, and dependencies • Ability to work with Business, Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk, and third-party teams • Advanced or fluent English • Preferred: experience with Third-Party/Vendor Resilience • Preferred: experience with Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management Plans • Preferred: experience with tabletop exercises and simulations • Preferred: CBCP, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, or equivalent certifications
