• Lead strategic projects related to DevOps, DevSecOps, automation, cloud and technology modernization • Plan and monitor implementation and evolution initiatives for continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines • Coordinate cloud adoption, Infrastructure as Code and development platform modernization projects • Promote the integration of security practices throughout the software development lifecycle • Coordinate activities across development, architecture, cloud, infrastructure, security, operations and business teams • Define and manage project plans, scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones and success criteria • Identify, log, evaluate and track risks, impediments, issues and dependencies • Run governance forums and keep stakeholders and leadership informed on status, decisions, risks and outcomes • Define, monitor and present delivery, efficiency, quality, security and predictability metrics • Ensure alignment between business objectives, security requirements and technology priorities • Support Security by Design initiatives, security automation, vulnerability management and secure software delivery • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, technology controls and governance, risk, compliance and security requirements • Facilitate decision-making, impediment resolution and escalation of critical issues • Support coordination of vendors, partners and distributed teams, where applicable • Promote continuous improvement of development lifecycle processes, tools and practices • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, automation, security and shared responsibility
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields • Advanced English (C2), with the ability to communicate in an international environment • Experience leading DevOps and DevSecOps projects or programs in corporate environments • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and modern software delivery practices • Experience implementing, evolving or governing CI/CD pipelines • Experience in automation, cloud adoption, cloud transformation and technology modernization • Knowledge of Secure SDLC, Security by Design, Application Security, Security Automation and Vulnerability Management • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes and Docker • Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS or Microsoft Azure • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation • Knowledge of SAST, DAST, vulnerability management and application security • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in development, DevOps, architecture, cloud, security, infrastructure and operations • Experience managing scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, issues and dependencies • Experience with project governance, executive communication and tracking delivery metrics • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum or SAFe • Ability to translate business objectives and security requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans • Analytical skills, organization, autonomy and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in global environments • PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist or PMI-ACP certifications are a plus • Certifications related to AWS, Azure, DevOps, cloud, Kubernetes or information security are a plus
