📋 Description

• Lead all phases of migration projects, from planning and strategy definition to final delivery and stabilization • Manage scope, schedules, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies for programs • Coordinate architecture, infrastructure, cloud, security, development, operations, and business teams • Plan and monitor migration waves, ensuring minimal disruption to operations • Drive testing, deployment, cutover, and post-migration stabilization activities • Collaborate with global teams, executive leadership, and technical specialists in highly regulated environments • Support clients' technological modernization in the financial sector through cloud migration, application modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English for professional communication • Experience in technology project and program management • Proven experience leading technology migration initiatives and digital transformation • Experience in application modernization programs and cloud transformation • Experience managing scope, schedules, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies • Knowledge of methodologies and practices for managing complex projects • Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and business areas simultaneously • Experience in project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management • Strong communication and influencing skills with multidisciplinary teams and leadership • Experience in large, complex corporate environments • Experience in financial institutions, banks, fintechs, insurers, asset managers or wealth managers is a plus • Experience working at global consulting firms is a plus • Experience in financial services, especially Wealth & Asset Management, is a plus
