📋 Description

• Lead projects related to Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Risk Management and Compliance • Manage planning, execution, governance and delivery of strategic security programs • Coordinate security, infrastructure, architecture, development, cloud, audit, risk and compliance teams • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and KPIs • Conduct governance forums and executive communications for senior stakeholders • Support audit remediation initiatives and implementation of security controls • Coordinate technology risk assessments and mitigation initiatives • Ensure alignment with corporate policies, regulatory requirements and business objectives • Support security transformation programs, data protection and risk management • Work at EY, a global professional services organization that provides Audit, Consulting, Tax, Strategy and Transactions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English for professional communication • Experience in managing technology projects and programs • Strong experience leading Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Risk Management or Compliance initiatives • Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies • Experience in security transformation programs and improving technical controls • Ability to coordinate security, audit, compliance, risk, infrastructure, architecture, cloud and business teams • Experience with corporate governance, executive reporting and stakeholder management • Knowledge of risk management and information security frameworks and practices • Excellent communication and ability to interact with leadership and business areas • Experience in financial institutions, banks, fintechs, insurers, asset managers or wealth managers is a plus • Previous experience at global consulting firms is a plus • Experience with Cloud Security, IAM (Identity and Access Management) and data protection initiatives is a plus • Experience in financial services, especially Wealth & Asset Management, is a plus
