📋 Description

• Support the French team in deploying projects related to permitting/authorizations, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning • Evaluate CapEx and OpEx for fast charging stations • Coordinate with the Business Development team during origination, negotiations, technical analyses and construction deployment follow-up • Conduct technical site visits as required • Coordinate engineering and installation partners (EPCs) • Review and analyze technical documentation to assess site and project feasibility • Advise Business Development management on technical constraints, issues and technological solutions • Lead tenders/RFPs for the procurement of charging stations • Liaise with grid operators and relevant authorities on permits and regulatory compliance • Prepare and issue tenders to EPC subcontractors, define evaluation criteria and support the selection process • Manage interactions with ENEDIS or other distribution system operators regarding grid connections • Oversee outsourced engineering, procurement, construction, connection and commissioning activities • Coordinate clients, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities • Lead commissioning of EV charging stations with the Operations & Maintenance department • Potentially transition to O&M responsibilities during the asset operational phase

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or a related engineering field • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing projects for urban MV (HTA) and LV (BT) electrical installations • Proven multi-project management experience • Experience with fast charging stations at LV and MV is highly valued • Electrical authorization/certification desirable • Strong knowledge of electrical standards, EV charging infrastructure and permitting procedures • Strong leadership and communication skills • Self-motivated with proven problem-solving ability • Ability to manage a large project portfolio and prioritize tasks • Operational profile with strategic vision and hands-on field experience • Results-oriented with presentation and reporting skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Fluency in French and English required • Position based in Bordeaux or surrounding area
