📋 Description
• Responsible for the entire incoming invoice / accounts payable process • Provides commercial support to business units; monitors project progress and budgets • Consolidates KPIs from business units for top management • Primary contact for external tax consultancy • Prepares budget plans, forecasts and ad-hoc analyses • Manages grant-funded projects and identifies new financing opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable qualification • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the finance area • Financial Accounting (HGB/German GAAP) • Financial analysis, including review of BWA (management reports) and SuSa (trial balance/ledger summaries) • Strong IT affinity; advanced Excel skills; comfortable working with IT systems • Fluent in German and English
