📋 Description

• Primary contact for the service quality of our solutions at our key enterprise customers • Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of our messaging infrastructure in production • Monitoring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs • Preparation of technical service reports and conducting regular service review meetings • Coordination during critical operational incidents between customer IT teams and our internal technical departments • Supporting the transition of new features from project phase into steady-state operations • Advising customers on potential further developments and identifying opportunities for technical enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT service management, as a Service Delivery Manager or in technical account management (SaaS/IT infrastructure) • Confident in applying IT service management methods (e.g., the ITIL framework) • Experience owning or managing IT services for large enterprise customers • Strong affinity for software architectures (APIs, cloud infrastructure, on-premise) • Business-fluent German and very good English are essential
