⢠Primary contact for the service quality of our solutions at our key enterprise customers ⢠Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of our messaging infrastructure in production ⢠Monitoring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs ⢠Preparation of technical service reports and conducting regular service review meetings ⢠Coordination during critical operational incidents between customer IT teams and our internal technical departments ⢠Supporting the transition of new features from project phase into steady-state operations ⢠Advising customers on potential further developments and identifying opportunities for technical enhancements
⢠At least 5 years of professional experience in IT service management, as a Service Delivery Manager or in technical account management (SaaS/IT infrastructure) ⢠Confident in applying IT service management methods (e.g., the ITIL framework) ⢠Experience owning or managing IT services for large enterprise customers ⢠Strong affinity for software architectures (APIs, cloud infrastructure, on-premise) ⢠Business-fluent German and very good English are essential
