• erste Anlaufstelle für technische Anfragen unserer Nutzer:innen • analysieren und kategorisieren von Problemen • selbstständige Lösung oder Eskalation an technische Teams • Dokumentation technischer Lösungen in Jira • Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Success, Infrastruktur und Development Teams • Erstellung von Benutzerhandbüchern und Tutorials
🎯 Requirements
• gute technische Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im technischen Support, idealerweise im Software- oder IT-Bereich • Kenntnisse in grundlegenden Konzepten von Software-Architektur • analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • serviceorientiert, geduldig und Freude daran, technische Probleme zu analysieren • Erfahrung mit Support-Tools wie Ticket-Systemen, CRM oder ähnlicher Software • hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch • gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • selbstständig und strukturiert arbeiten • gutes Gespür für Prioritäten und Spaß an abteilungsübergreifendem Arbeiten • von Vorteil: abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium in Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder ähnlichem • Kenntnisse im Bereich Health-Tech oder Medizininformatik
