📋 Description

• Own the quarterly planning cycle, including OKR definitions, initiative alignment, prioritization inputs, key-date calendars, and executive readouts • Run the weekly operating cadence, including consolidated metrics, status updates, leadership review materials, engineering reports, and cross-squad risk and dependency tracking • Establish and enforce ClickUp as the single source of truth across all squads • Define and maintain experimentation guidelines across squads • Design and roll out AI-powered process improvements and automations, including at least two major AI operational upgrades • Coordinate complex multi-squad programs such as AI security policies, compliance visibility, and change management initiatives • Continuously evolve the planning process to remain integrated, lightweight, and aligned with real-time execution • Work directly with the VP of Consumer Payments and partner with product, engineering, design, and compliance leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program and project management within fast-paced tech or fintech environments • Experience running end-to-end planning cycles, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation • Extensive experience designing and running organizational operating cadences, including OKRs, quarterly planning, offsites, and weekly executive reviews • Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and automations to streamline workflows, eliminate manual status reporting, and increase operational speed • Ability to align cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and C-suite without relying on formal authority • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a clear, structured approach to presenting complex updates to leadership • Deep familiarity with ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Google Sheets, and executive dashboards • Strong prioritization skills and judgment under ambiguity, with a relentless drive for follow-through and operational predictability • Equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered
