📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and improve the monitoring, logging, and tracing stack using OpenTelemetry standards • Design meaningful alerts and dashboards that reduce noise and help teams act quickly • Help define and track SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets across services • Enable engineering teams to instrument their services and gain clear production visibility • Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-mortems, using observability data to identify root causes • Automate observability setup and configuration with Terraform, Helm, and Go, Python, or Bash scripting • Collaborate with developers, App Performance, and Operations to improve platform reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE, with the majority of the experience spent on building an Observability platform • Strong hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and logging and tracing tools; experience with OpenTelemetry is a strong plus • Solid experience with GCP, GKE, Kubernetes, and Docker • Experience with Terraform and Helm • Solid scripting or programming skills in Go, Python, or Bash • Familiarity with on-call, incident response, and post-mortem processes • Experience with APM tools, PagerDuty or similar, and SLO implementation in production is a plus • Equivalent competencies in the applicable requirements will also be considered
