• Monitored and responded to all customer form submissions, within 1 business day, 5 to 30 per month. • Ensured all new customer inquiries submitted to IRH were reviewed according to IRH’s Standard Operating Procedure and work instructions for communicating with sponsors. • Categorized and tracked all incoming questions and requests in the provided Google Sheets Tracker. • Ensured that any customer inquiry requiring internal input, technical support, or decision-making is passed along the same business day. • Reminded and assisted sponsors, up to 30 per month, with their sponsorship progress. • Reviewed and processed sponsor submissions within 2 business days, up to 15 per week.
