📋 Description

• Own account strategy and success planning by defining goals, KPIs, priorities, and quarterly roadmaps with each client • Lead client relationships and communication, including recurring meetings, stakeholder management, expectation alignment, and documenting next steps • Drive account performance management by interpreting ROAS, CPA, CAC versus LTV, and organic growth metrics • Identify issues and opportunities and coordinate actions with channel owners • Identify and scope account growth opportunities, expansions, tests, and initiatives tied to performance signals and client objectives • Manage account health, retention, renewal, and risk across a multi-client portfolio • Create mitigation plans and ensure consistent value delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success Manager in a performance marketing or digital marketing agency (required) • Experience acting as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts simultaneously (required) • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including paid advertising, attribution, KPIs, and optimization logic (required) • Experience with paid advertising-driven accounts across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/DSP (required) • Proven track record of improving client retention or growing accounts, with concrete examples (required) • Fluent English, written and spoken, and comfortable leading strategic conversations with senior client stakeholders (required) • Availability to work with consistent overlap with US business hours (required) • Background managing SEO-driven accounts or hands-on SEO experience (advantage) • Experience working with US or international clients (advantage)
