• Gestirai le pratiche di recupero crediti assegnate, garantendo la tempestività degli interventi. • Effettuerai visite domiciliari per negoziare soluzioni di pagamento sostenibili. • Redigerai report accurati e aggiornerai il sistema gestionale aziendale. • Collaborerai con il Referente di Area per analizzare i risultati e pianificare le attività.
• Esperienza nel recupero crediti domiciliare o in ruoli analoghi (preferibile). • Diploma di scuola secondaria. • Patente B e disponibilità agli spostamenti. • Capacità di negoziazione, gestione dello stress e orientamento al risultato. • Conoscenza del territorio di riferimento e uso base degli strumenti informatici.
• Formazione iniziale e continua con percorsi personalizzati. • Portafoglio clienti assegnato. • Premi e incentivi commisurati ai risultati. • Inserimento con collaborazione in P.IVA in un contesto solido, etico e meritocratico.
